2 color risoprint made from woodcut images
A new woodcut image adapted from my old tour poster for Gillian and David, scanned and printed on the risoprint.
Risoprint is a hybrid digital analog technology from the early 90s. It uses a liquid ink that goes through a ricepaper based fine screen wrapped around the ink drum. The ink coverage and printing alignment is not very precise, so each one is a little different.
